Dar es Salaam. The African Development Bank (AfDB) has urged Tanzania to tackle challenges that hinder the private sector from actively engaging in producing renewable energy.

The African Development Bank (AfDB) Board of Directors’ approved on 20 May 2015, a loan of USD 70,5 million to finance the Tanzania Power Sector Reform and Governance support Programme (PSRGSP).
