THE Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) has already filed information with the High Court in respect of a case involving two Chinese nationals, Hsu Chin Tai and Zhao Hanquing, accused of illegal fishing in the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) of Tanzania.
