Bill shelved for lack of quorum
>Members absenteeism in Parliament forced the chairman of the session on Thursday evening Mussa Azzan Zungu to postpone the voting exercise for endorsing the Tax Administration Bill, 2014. According to Mr Zungu, the House could not vote to pass or reject the Bill which was debated piece by piece because the quorum was not enough.
