Despite the fact that President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan’s administration held a discussion with some Boko Haram members, he has consistently claimed that it is not in touch with Boko Haram, emphasizing the faceless nature of the group. This, the administration claims makes its efforts of combating the insurgence very difficult.
