Poor tactics let CCM down in Serengeti election battle victory

 In one of the unexpected setbacks the ruling Chama cha Mapinduzi (CCM) was defeated in Serengeti constituency. The party did not only lose the parliamentary seat, but also the Council after many of its councillors were defeated by the opposition. While CCM will be licking its wounds, contemplating why it has failed, the outcome of the October 25 General Election has been lesson to the opposition that if they unite their forces, it is possible to beat the might CCM.
