Constituent assembly ‘flawed’

The Constituent Assembly (CA) is one of the key stages towards writing a new Constitution. It is Part Five (sections 22-30) of the Constitutional Review Act (Cap 83), which creates this body, which as days go by, it becomes even irrelevant in undertaking its mission.
