At last the Constituent Assembly (CA) has made it. With all ups and downs, it has technically and manipulatively managed to come out with a document that for a while will be known as the Proposed Constitution until a time when it will be voted for or against during a referendum most probably 2016. After that, its name will change to be either a new Constitution of Tanzania or if it is rejected, it will not.
