Documents raise new queries on IPTL sale

>The documents submitted by Pan African Power Solutions(PAP) to Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) show that the Malaysian company, Mechmar Corporation purportedly sold its 70 percent shares in Independent Power Tanzania Limited (IPTL) in September 2013 at a mere Sh6 million, The Citizen can reveal today.
