EDITORIAL: As Libya becomes a failed state, where’s US, allies?

>There is no doubt that the security situation in Libya has become more fragile than it ever was under the authoritarian  regime of Col Muammar Gaddafi.  In the past few months, matters have been going from bad to worse in the north African state as tribal leaders fight for the control of the country’s topmost seat left vacant following the assassination of Gaddafi.
