EDITORIAL: Control size of herds if we’re to curb conflicts

As a way of dealing with the prevailing herders and agriculturalists clashes, the Minister’s cabinet has come up with a strategy dubbed ‘National Strategic Plan for Sustainable Land Use’ to be implemented in the coming financial year i.e 2014/15.
