Salmin buried at Makunduchi

A Member of the House of Representatives for Magomeni Constituency (CCM), Mr Salmin Awadhi Salmin, who died abruptly, while attending a Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM) meeting on Thursday, was buried at his home Village Makunduchi, in the southern tip of Unguja, yesterday.

Ex-PS Mwakapugi to be buried on Tuesday

Mr Arthur Mwakapugi, the former permanent secretary in the Ministry of Energy and Minerals who died on Friday at the Aga Khan Hospital, will be laid to rest on Tuesday at Ilundo-Kiwira in Tukuyu. Mr Mwakapugi, who succumbed to liver cancer, worked for the government at different levels and retired in 2012.
