Getting surgery minus agony
Tanzania’s first laparoscopy surgery was greeted with exclamations of surprise and even disgust as more than 100 health workers from all over the country watched as South African Professor of Surgery Zach Koto got down to work at Dar es Salaam’s Kairuki Hospital on Friday.
