Human rights a test of governments’ legitimacy
Tanzanians join the rest of the world today to mark Human Rights Day, not necessarily because we are a signatory of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), a declaration adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on 10 December 1948 at the Palais de Chaillot, Paris.
