Igad tells warring South Sudan parties to stick to peace accord
Leaders of the Inter-Governmental Authority on Development (Igad) on Thursday pleaded with the warring parties in South Sudan to lay down their arms, in line with the Cessation of Hostilities Agreement they signed six weeks ago.
