JUDGEMENT: Makunga and co-accused set free
The Kisutu Resident Magistrate’s Court has today cleared Theophil Makunga, the Business Development Manager at Mwananchi Communications Limited (MCL).In his judgement, Magistrate Walirwande Lema said the prosecution had failed to prove that the article, written by Samson Mwigamba and published by Tanzania Daima, was seditious.
