Kangaroo: Keeps ‘born too soon’ babies alive, gives mothers hope
Mwamgeni Kitwana, 35, holds two of her three pre mature babies. The third one is on the chest of her mother-in-law, Ms Zaituni Shaban. The three have just finished taking their milk with their mother and grandmother’s help as they are unable to sack their mother’s breast and are being fed using special plastic cans.
