Key aspects of child employment — Part II
In the first part of this article, I explained briefly on key aspects of child employment. I touched on who is a child, what is prohibited on child employment and the forms and circumstances of employment which a child is allowed to work. In this part, I will explain the relationship that the employer and a child employee need to have in the forms of employment which a child is allowed to work, duties of parties and dispute settlement mechanisms.
