Kinana: Magufuli will repossess idle tanzanite mines

The CCM presidential hopeful, Dr John Magufuli, has asked Manyara regional leaders to reallocate to wananchi plantations that have been reclaimed by the government from investors who have to develop them before the coming of the next government.

The CCM presidential candidate, Dr John Magufuli, yesterday pledged he will repossess privatised sisal estates that lie idle with the aim of redistributing them to farmers for free if he is elected in October 25.
