Leaders' rhetoric won't help to sterngthen EA

Many people in the region are not sure if President Jakaya Kikwete and his Rwanda counterpart, Paul Kagame, have resolved their misunderstandings results from the former’s comments on FDLR rebels. Such uneasy relations between top leaders, puts the regional integration agenda in serious doubt.
