Legal hitches prevents poll loser from filing petition
Civic United Front (CUF) parliamentary candidate for Mbagala constituency in the recent elections Kondo Bungo yesterday failed to file a case challenging poll results for the seat due to legal technicalities. Kondo who appeared before the High Court accompanied by his lawyer Juma Nassor failed to file the petition in which he was protesting against election results for the constituency that gave victory to CCM candidate Issa Mangungu.
