Libya conflict: EU agrees new patrols to stop arms flow

Coast guard officials in the Libyan capital have told the BBC they have stopped the patrols intended to prevent migrants from trying to cross the Mediterranean.

The Libyan army declares a partial ceasefire, two days after some of the militias in western Libya announced a truce.
