Lipumba says Ukawa failed itself in civic polls
Ukawa co-chairman, Prof Ibrahim Lipumba, has said failure to capitalise on the agreement to field common candidates was a major factor that made the ruling party, CCM, secure victory in last Sunday’s civic polls.
