Local firm sues Nissan over 'defective' vehicle

A LOCAL firm, Seaways Transportation Limited, has filed a suit at the Kisutu Resident Magistrate's Court in Dar es Salaam against a car dealer company, Nissan Tanzania Limited, demanding about 80m/- refund for selling a vehicle alleged to be defective.
