Low-cost housing developer signs pact with four banks

The provision of mortgage financing to public servants received a boost yesterday after CRDB Bank signed a lending agreement with Watumishi Housing Company (WHC) yesterday.

Watumishi Housing  Company (WHC) has received a licence to operate as a contractor in its low-cost housing project.

The government has directed Watumishi Housing Company (WHC) to give rural areas more priority in its affordable housing projects for public servants to cover the huge gap.
