Lowassa vows to fight laziness if elected in October polls
Chadema presidential candidate Edward Lowassa declared yesterday that, if elected in the October polls, his government will work hard and apply a policy of zero tolerance of laziness. Mr Lowassa, who has the support of opposition political parties that are members of the Coalition of Defenders of the People’s Constitution (Ukawa), also promised to turn Mbeya into a world-class city when he goes to Ikulu.
