A neighbour of Robert Mugabe has been fined $50 for letting his dogs hunt deer on the Zimbabwean leader's private property, a state-owned newspaper reports.

The suspect has been identified as Anthony Bukenya (35), a solar and electronics dealer in Kakuuto town, and a resident of Kalivaliyo village.
