Moshi trader loses case in EA court
The East African Court of Justice (EACJ) has declined to grant ex-parte judgment to a Moshi businessman who is seeking Sh512 million (KSh28.5 million) from the Kenyan government in damages for unlawful arrest, confinement and prosecution.
