Every well-informed and sensible Tanzanian expects to see the new constitution guiding the government of Tanzania and its people during not only peaceful, but also turbulent moments if any and lasting for at least 50 years.

Prove that you’re educated
Mwalimu Julius Nyerere liked to remind us that a person earns a degree upon demonstrating to professors that he appreciates his (learner’s) level of ignorance so that after graduation, he becomes even keener on seeking more knowledge. Good credentials should humble the holder; they shouldn’t make one arrogant.
