MY TAKE ON THIS : It is clear elections won’t solve Zanzibar problems

The three tier union structure proposal which Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM) stalwarts refused is now haunting them. Legitimacy and validity of the outcome of the union presidency election has been put in disrepute following a decision by Zanzibar Electoral Commission (ZEC) to annul outcome of the isles polls.
