European Union (EU) Chief Election Observer Judith Sargentini said there have been peaceful and orderly situation at all 400 polling stations that have been visited by EU observers.

Libyans are voting for a new parliament, however turnout is expected to be low, with just a trickle of voters going to polling stations so far in the capital. Rana Jawad reports from Tripoli.
