Nigeria mulls Boko Haram prisoner amnesty for girls

Some of the Chibok schoolgirls kidnapped in Nigeria have been forced to join Islamist militant group Boko Haram, the BBC is told.

The Nigerian Islamist militant group Boko Haram says it carried out the abduction of hundreds of schoolgirls in April.

The Nigerian government is still hopeful of securing the release of more than 200 schoolgirls kidnapped by Boko Haram.
