A renowned business tycoon and owner of Murza Oil Mills Ltd Haruna Zakaria is set to appear before the court in Dar es Salaam anytime soon for violating a court ruling, the Ministry of Labour and Employment has affirmed to The Guardian on Sunday.

The Burundi president's spokesman, Gervais Abayeho, says the country's constitutional court has confirmed the president can run for a third term and that is what he will do.
