Only 70pc of radar change books issued, says report
With less than two months before the expiry of the current fiscal year, only 14,000,551 text books out of 19,415,386 which were to be procured -- by the Sh52 billion which Tanzania was refunded by BAE system following controversial purchase of a military air defence system -- have been issued to primary schools across the country.
