PAC wants farmers to pay for Sh3bn fertiliser
>The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) has directed the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Security and Cooperatives to ensure that farmers paid Sh3.1 billion for fertiliser sold to them on credit during the 2012/13 financial year.
