PCCB arraigns primary court magistrate over deception

The Prevention and Combating of Corruption Bureau (PCCB) here has indicted Kenkombyo Primary Court Magistrate Emmanuel Mng’ware, 32, before the district’s court over allegations to illicitly obtain cash through issuing fabricated charge sheets.
