Pinda criticises donors’ aid cut over IPTL
Prime Minister Mizengo Pinda has termed “unfair†the decision by 12 key donor countries to suspend $558 million (Sh937 billion) aid in General Budget Support (GBS) for the 2014/15 financial year.
