Rebel peace brokers in Uganda cry foul
A group under an umbrella organisation of Aringa-Obongi Peace Initiative Committee (AROPIC), which helped to broker peace between rebels of Uganda National Rescue Front (UNRF II) and the government of Uganda, is appealing to President Museveni to honour the promise he made to them for ending the rebellion.
