Sad watching the Bunge budget sitting

>Parliament is currently in its budget sitting and it is sad watching the conduct of the majority of its members.

Prime Minister Mizengo Pinda said on Wednesday that there are uncertainties on the actual time to start debating the country’s 2014/15 budget even in government quarters, noting however, that all he wants is to see the CA being given enough time.
