Scottish referendum offers Tanzania key lessons
>Tanzania has been urged to hold open and honest talks if it is to find lasting solutions to issues that have proved thorny in the 50 year-old Union of Tanganyika and Zanzibar. Political commentators here told The Citizen on Saturday that openness is a vital lesson that Tanzania can draw from the just-ended Scottish referendum, in which the Scots voted to remain in the United Kingdom.
