Dr. Ali, My digital forensics investigation lecture during my bachelor degree argued the UK government to invest on skills and police resources to tackle cybercrime. He started with the statistics by saying; the cost of cybercrime to the UK economy is around £27 billion per year, around 2% of national GDP.
