What has repeatedly caught my attention in the on-going Fifa World Cup in Brazil has been the free flowing of tears by some players during the playing of national anthem of their respective nation before the official start of their matches. The latest incident involved a Cote d’Ivoire defender last Thursday when the African representative took on the Columbians in a match they went on lose.
