About 400 exhibitors are expected to participate in the second Tanga International Trade Fair (TITF) due to take place from May 24 to June 3.

An investment roundtable meeting would be one of the features at the Second Tanga International Trade Fair scheduled for May 25 to June 5, this year.

Ms Amina Hassan Madeleka describes herself as one of the luckiest exhibitors in the just ended 38th Dar es Salaam International Trade Fair (DITF).

“It is the result of President Barack Obama’s visit last year that these American companies knew about Tanzania’s potentials,” says Tantrade boss Jacqueline Maleko.

President Jakaya Kikwete has challenged the treasury to work hard to raise enough funds for supporting government plans designed to improve the performance of the private sector in the country.
