When four opposition parties came together and agreed to field one candidate for every elective post across the country, many people hoped that would give Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CM) a run for its ,money during this years’ General Election campaigns. Working together under Coalition for People Constitution or Ukawa in its popular Kiswahili acronym, Chadema, NCCR-Mageuzi, NLD and CUF made the agreement believing that doing so would give them strength they need to oust CCM.
