Students to march for rhinos, elephants

>Tanzania yesterday joined thousands of people around the world in a march to pressure governments to do more to stop poaching that many fear is driving rhinos and elephants to the brink of extinction.

>They once roamed the vast savannah of Africa in their hundreds of thousands, foraging on the abundant vegetation. But poachers were a different species and for half a century, killed the animals for their horn.
