Suspend Katiba Assembly to save taxpayers’ money
It is obvious that the Constituent Assembly session slated to begin August 5 this year in Dodoma will be meaningless if members of the Coalition of the People’s Constitution (Ukawa) will stick to their guns and refuse to return to the debating chamber.
