Swimming is good for you

The pool, lake or ocean provides an ideal place to work stiff muscles and sore  joints. Swimming offers to your body something no other sport exercises do:  the ability to work without harsh impact to the skeletal system which make it especially important for overweight people or these who are suffering from  arthritis. In fact, if water is warm, so much beneficial for arthritis suffers, as it  can help decreases pain and improves the use of affected joints.
