Tanzania Electric Supply Company (Tanesco) Nyakato Zone manager King Fokanya yesterday found himself in a difficult situation after the minister for Energy and Minerals, Prof Sospeter Muhongo, paid a surprise visit to his office and asked him why his office did not address customers’ complaints on time.
