>I am proud of myself for not being one of those people who incessantly have to check their emails or chats,  but I’m no fool, I know that this ‘accomplishment’ is completely bogus.

Most people think gaming is frivolous at best and dangerous at worst. But games are more diverse than people might assume. To judge video games as bloody shooter fests would be similar to assuming that all books are John Grisham courtroom thrillers or all movies are the waste of human effort that are Hollywood popcorn flicks.
