The nightmare of Dar traffic jams
As residents of Dar es Salaam city are in the dying phase of celebrating the dawn of the New Year, traffic jams remain a torture they can’t wish away, and which, save for an unlikely miracle, they will continue to endure when 2014 runs its full course and is replaced by 2015 .
