>It has been six weeks since the nomination list went up and tomorrow curtains roll down for the fourth edition of the MTV Africa Music Awards ( Mamas), at the Durban International Convention Centre.

Shining a spotlight on the African continent and the amazing achievements of Africans around the world, MTV Base can now reveal the nominees for the 2014 MTV Africa Music Awards.
The prestigious MTV Africa Music Awards (MAMA) nominations were revealed at a glittering nominations celebration at The Sands, Johannesburg, South Africa on Wednesday evening, where the biggest and brightest contemporary artists from across the African continent and beyond were nominated in 15 different categories...

It was a phenomenal night for all music lovers across Africa as the International Committee of All Africa Music Awards, AFRIMA, in partnership with African Union Commission, AUC, held the 2015 edition of the All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA) at Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos, Nigeria.

Diamond and Cassper Nyovest took home the most plaques, by the time the 2014 edition of Channel O Music Video Awards ended on Saturday night.
